With father’s encouragement, Central grad Ishanna Brown finishes long journey to college basketball scholarship

It wasn’t always a sure thing, but with her father’s support, Springfield native Ishanna Brown overcame academic and personal challenges to earn a spot on the AIC women’s basketball team.
